Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga with an emphasis on a steady meditative flow of breath to calm the mind, to turn senses inward, to discover new depths within the heart.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Hatha Flow Yoga is based on using postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation.


Anti-Gravity Yoga combines the traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance with the use of a hammock. Yoga postures which some find difficult to do on the ground, such as the reverse post, may be easier in mid-air using the hammock. Anti-Gravity Yoga facilitating bending and stretching of the whole body during exercise, muscles and joints will be strengthened and rehabilitated, and the spine decompressed as the body hangs freely. Yoga in general, and anti-gravity yoga in particular is promoted as benefiting emotional, psychological and spiritual health.


Viniyoga is focused on linking breath with movement for increased mental focus and improved physical flexibility and strength.

Iyengar, is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas. Iyengar Yoga can be therapeutic for specific conditions as well.


The word “meditation” is the translation of a Sanskrit word which means concentration on thoughts. The concept comes from Buddism and means isolation or disconnection from anger and frustration. During a meditation class one focus his/her consciousness on concrete images and thoughts to reach inner harmony.

Breakletics - Fitness meets breakdancing in this full body workout combining exercise and basic elements of breakdancing. Breakletics trains strength, coordination and flexibility. The aim is to offer an exciting mixture of fitness and dancing. There are no difficult moves. It is more about the creativity and parallel dancing with music.

Kid's Yoga

Every child has the right to lead a healthy and peaceful life. During Kids Yoga classes kids learn how to develop self-control via games as well as հօw to gain concentration of attention, imagination and intuition. Moreover, they learn how to breathe in a proper way, relax and get rid of negative vibes. Kids Yoga is the very thing which provides kids with balance and relax and makes minds fast and flexible.
