Accountant-Financial Specialist

Location: SPA & Cosmetology Center

Purpose of the Role

To ensure full financial and accounting management for the SPA and cosmetology services, including:

• Accurate calculation of service and procedure costs
• Inventory control and material accounting
• Preparation of financial and analytical reports for management

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Reporting

• Manage all accounting operations related to SPA and cosmetology services
• Track payments with customers and suppliers
• Prepare and submit accounting and tax reports

2. Financial Analysis & Planning

• Analyze financial indicators of the SPA and cosmetology center
• Control profitability and determine service costs
• Provide financial reports for management

3. Inventory Management & Cost Calculation

• Monitor movement of inventory and supplies
• Calculate and analyze service costs
• Conduct inventory counts and analyze discrepancies

Expected Outcomes

• Timely and accurate accounting of all financial transactions
• Timely submission of reports with no penalties
• Improved financial control and planning efficiency

Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in services or retail
• Proficiency in 1C Accounting, Excel, and other relevant software
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling large volumes of information
