Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and assess their needs
  • Refer them to appropriate specialists
  • Introduce club services and offerings
  • Register client data accurately
  • Accompany new clients during first sessions
  • Provide information on service features and benefits
  • Respond quickly to phone calls and emails

Requirements

  • Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office, 1C, and CRM systems
  • Energetic, responsive, and caring
  • Team-oriented and proactive
  • Age: 30+
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Hotel or banking sector experience is an advantage
