Refund Policy
Purchases made under this campaign are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Activation Deadline
Gifted membership packages, specific training sessions, products, or massage sessions must be activated within 6 months of purchase. The validity of the package begins on the date of activation.
Transfer Policy
The recipient's name on the package can only be changed to a family member of the original recipient. Proof of relationship may be required for the transfer.
