RPM™

RPM™

RPM™ is a widely known high-intensity cycling workout, which uses simulated climbs and sprints to burn many calories and strengthen the cardiovascular system. This is an energetic, low-pressure workout, which burns up to 675 calories per session and lasts 45 minutes. RPM is also ideal for the beginners as you can control your personal pace and resistance levels. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, you will be able to overcome several intervals with maximum intensity. Group workouts also motivate you to keep the speed and improve your results.
