Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a fitness-based Vinyasa practice. It’s near to impossible to take the course and avoid sweating. It has a number of benefits, it builds strength in you, makes you flexible and reduces the level of stress. Coaches design their own sequences, while participants synchronize their breath with their movement. Power Yoga is now a term used to describe many vigorous vinyasa styles.
